Cancellation Policy - Click Washer Corp.

At Click Washer Corp., we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction in our services. Below are the terms and conditions regarding cancellations for services booked through our online laundry app:
1. Order Modifications and Cancellations
1.1 Time Frame for Modifications and Cancellations
- Users may modify or cancel their orders without incurring any fees up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. This can be done directly via the app.
- For modifications or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup, a management fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost will apply.
1.2 How to Cancel or Modify
- All cancellations and modifications must be made through the app’s designated order management section. For assistance, users may contact support via the app.
2. Cancellations Initiated by Click Washer Corp.
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the user.
- Items not prepared according to our pickup guidelines (e.g., improper packaging).
- Unforeseen events such as extreme weather conditions, logistical challenges, or other factors that prevent the service from being carried out.
In such cases:
- Users will be notified promptly via their registered contact information.
- A full refund will be issued within 7 business days, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon.
3. Refunds and Fees
3.1 Refund Timeline
- Refunds for cancellations made within the permitted time frame will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.
- For late cancellations (under 1 hour before pickup), the 20% management fee will be deducted before the refund is processed.
3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not provided under the following circumstances:
- If the laundry pickup was attempted and failed due to the user’s unavailability or non-compliance with preparation guidelines.
- For services completed as per the user’s instructions but disputed for subjective reasons unrelated to service quality.
4. Subscription Plans (Monthly Packages)
4.1 Cancellation of Subscriptions
- Users subscribed to monthly plans can cancel their subscription at any time via the app. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4.2 Refund Policy for Subscriptions
- No refunds will be issued for unused days within the active billing period.
- Any remaining balance from pre-paid plans is non-refundable after cancellation.
5. Dispute Resolution
- If a user disputes a cancellation fee or refund decision, they may submit an inquiry through the app or contact us via email at legal@clickwasher.com.
- Our customer service team will review the case and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
6. Amendments to the Policy
Click Washer Corp. reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified at least 15 days in advance through the app.
