Welcome to Click Washer Corp. By accessing or using our online laundry services through the Click Washer app ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

• “User” or “you” refers to any individual who accesses or uses our app and services.
• “Services” refers to the laundry and related services offered through our platform.

By creating an account, placing an order, or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App or our services.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the services.
• By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any unauthorized activity on your account must be reported immediately. We are not liable for damages arising from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

3. Service Usage

3.1 Placing an Order

• Orders must be placed through the App, specifying all required details, including pickup and delivery addresses, laundry preferences, and special instructions.
• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the items are packed and ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

3.2 Item Inspection

• Users must disclose any pre-existing damage or special requirements for their laundry.
• We reserve the right to reject items deemed unsuitable for cleaning (e.g., hazardous materials, heavily damaged garments).

3.3 Service Limitations

• While we strive to deliver a high-quality experience, we are not liable for:
  • Damage to items caused by manufacturing defects or improper care labels.
  • Items that shrink, bleed color, or degrade due to their inherent properties.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• Prices for services are displayed within the App and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers or discounts are valid only for the duration specified and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments must be made via the App at the time of placing the order. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other digital payment platforms.
• Orders will not be processed without successful payment confirmation.

5. Pickup and Delivery

5.1 Scheduling

• Users must ensure availability at the specified pickup and delivery times.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by user unavailability or incorrect address details.

5.2 Delivery Issues

• In the event of a missed delivery, users may reschedule for an additional fee.
• Unclaimed items after 30 days from the initial delivery attempt may be considered abandoned and will be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Compliance with Guidelines

• Users must adhere to the guidelines provided in the App regarding item preparation, such as packaging and labeling.

7.2 Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Submit fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or security systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service-Related Damages

• While we handle all items with care, our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 5 times the service fee paid for the affected item(s).
• Claims for compensation must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the items.

8.2 Indirect Damages

• Click Washer Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or emotional distress caused by service disruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content in the App, including logos, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Click Washer Corp.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Click Washer Corp. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the App or email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the App after such changes signifies acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation: Users must contact us at legal@clickwasher.com to attempt resolution.
• Arbitration: If a resolution is not reached, disputes will be settled via arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
